What You''ll Do
Qualifications
Master''s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or a closely related behavioral health field required.
Must possess one of the following:
An active professional license (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, or other qualifying state license), or
A Mississippi Department of Mental Health credential as a Mental Health Therapist (MHT), Psychiatric Certified Addictions Therapist (PCAT), Certified Addictions Therapist (CAT), Professional Mental Health Therapist (PMHT), Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Therapist, or
A qualifying addiction credential, including CADC, CADC-I, CADC-II, CAADC, or CIC.
Experience in substance use disorder, addiction treatment, behavioral health, or mental health counseling preferred.
Excellent communication, clinical documentation, and patient engagement skills.
