What You'll Do
Provide individual, group, and family substance abuse counseling
Complete patient assessments, intakes, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Maintain at least 20 hours of direct patient counseling each week
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Educate patients on recovery, relapse prevention, and treatment goals
Support patients throughout every stage of their recovery journey
Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health, mental health, counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
QSAP I eligible
Must obtain Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC) certification within 30 months of hire to remain qualified to provide patient services
Substance use disorder or behavioral health experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
