    House Manager - Medication Specialist

    Location: Greenfield, MA
    Full-Time
    Rate of Pay: $19.75-20.75/hour
    Schedule:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 3pm to 11pm; Friday, Saturday - 7am -to 3pm.

    Position Summary
    Use your compassion, knowledge, experience and leadership skills to support the operations of a substance use recovery program home in Greenfield. 

    Essential Functions:
    Program Operations:
    • Assist Program Manager in the daily operations of the program.
    • Implement maintenance and safety checks.
    • Coordinate purchasing food and supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
    Admissions & Orientation:
    • Assist in admissions of new residents.
    • Facilitate weekly orientation group.
    • Manage oversight of scanning & uploading of client files to their record.
    Resident Support:
    • Create weekly menus and support clients in meal planning.
    • Provide support and guidance in residents' common life skills.
    • Oversight of client bedrooms being ready for admission.
    Medication Management:
    • Support the primary Residential Medication Support Specialist in day-to-day responsibilities and oversight functions as needed.
    • Provide daily support and guidance to residents related to medication routines and overall well-being.
    • Train support staff with basic medication management duties.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of two years of experience working with a substance use disorder population, required.
    • Medication Specialist training certificate, CPR, First Aid, and Narcan certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to or upon hire).
    • Must possess a valid driver's license, held for a minimum of six months and acceptable driving record.
    • Maintain valid state-mandated minimums for personal auto insurance.
    • Reliable transportation is required to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
    • Pass comprehensive background checks (CORI/SORI/OIG/DPPC/Fingerprint).
    • Previous experience in a group home, residential setting, preferred.
