Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 *Dependent on licensure, tenure and experience.
Responsibilities What You'll Do • Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications An active license or certification: LADC, CADC, CCS, LCMHC or LCSW, CADAC II, CADAC IV, LCAC, LAC, LMFT, LPCC or LMHC Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
