The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes Substance Use Disorder Counselors, Nurses and Providers. Serves as an integral component of the clinic''s milieu management during medication dispensing periods to manage patient flow inside, and at times outside, the clinic, observing and responding to behavior issues. Functions as primary assistant to clinical staff assigned to each dispensing period throughout the week and alerts the clinical staff when intervention is indicated to prevent potential conflicts, etc. Assists with Intake & Referral team activities related to phone screens and orientation and assists counselors with care coordination and toxicology screen activities.
The position will perform a variety of technical, procedural and information systems tasks which facilitate the delivery of patient care in an efficient manner. Demonstrates excellent patient service skills in accordance with ICARE Values throughout the course of patient visits. Exercises skill, with latitude for independent judgment in decisions regarding patient care activities, procedural activities, education and follow-up to facilitate efficient operations. Is a positive and approachable team member.
