Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9a-7p EST
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities • Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications Master's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications • Active behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting. • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
