EssentialQualificationsMaster'sdegreeinsocialworkorequivalentfromanaccreditedgraduateprogram.MusthaveanLACorLSW.Relevantclinicalexperiencewiththeduallydiagnosedclinicalpopulationsandfamiliaritywithself-helpaspectsoftreatment(12stepprograms,dualrecovery,MI,etc.).Mustdemonstrateknowledgeofkeyprinciplesofwellnessandrecovery,trauma-informedcare,culturalcompetency,growthanddevelopmentofthelifespan.Possesstheabilitytoassessdatareflectiveoftheindividual'sstatusandbeabletointerprettheappropriateinformationneededtoidentifyeachindividual'sneedsrelativetohis/herageinaccordancewiththeCenter'spoliciesandprocedures.Computerliteracy.PossessionofvalidNJdriver'slicense.IncumbentmustbeatorclosetocompletingLCADC.Incumbentmustbeatorclosetofulllicensure(LCSW,LPC).
