Responsibilities You'll be responsible for:
• Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A Master's degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR be a student enrolled in Masters programs pursuing the credentials in the following bullet point. • Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: • MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. • Experience leading Group Therapy. • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
