Schedule: Mon - Thurs 10hrs shift
Responsibilities What You'll Do • Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. • Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. • Monitor member progress and document outcomes. • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications What You'll Bring • Licensure required: Must have an active, independent OH LCSW Licensure preferred: New Mexico LCSW • Experience: 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. • Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. • Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
