Salary Range: $62,245 - $72,628.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Lead 34 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.

  • An active Maine behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states

  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.

  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.

  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.

  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
