What you’ll do
Support clients through trauma-informed, person-centered services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including peers, therapists, prescribers, and leadership
Help drive outcomes-based care and ensure fidelity to the highest clinical standards
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of quality and compliance
Qualifications
Relevant certification or licensure based on role (QMHA, CADC, LCSW, etc.)
Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related social services
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with empathy and professionalism
