A well-established Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center serving Placer and Nevada counties is hiring a Program Manager to lead its substance use disorder services in Grass Valley. Roughly 50 years of continuous community service, stable funding, and a third health center opening in 2027.

Requirements
Active California BBS license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) or SUD counselor certification (CADC-II / LAADC) with 2+ years SUD experience
Plus 2+ years management or supervisory experience in a community-based setting
Working knowledge of Drug Medi-Cal / DMC-ODS regulations and ASAM criteria
Documentation, compliance, and audit track record; staff supervision experience
Working knowledge of and ability to relate to the Indigenous community
Comfortable documenting in an EHR (eClinicalWorks)
