Duties:

  • Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision
  • Advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Drive quality improvement, audits, and grant performance
  • Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and community partners

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.); or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in healthcare or education related program or department.
  • Healthcare administration, behavioral health and/or substance use disorders experience.
  • Familiarity with grant funded programs and grant application processes.
  • Supervisory experience or experience managing a program.
  • Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records.
  • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
