We are seeking a Substation Communication Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will coordinate the power design team through project phases, ensure code compliance through agency reviews, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include conducting site work sessions, reviewing project documents for conflicts, writing specifications, and assisting with RFIs, change orders, and contract administration.
QA/QC of work from other team members and additional duties as needed are part of the role.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, 5+ years of substation communication and SCADA experience, and prior consulting firm work.
Required qualifications include a PE license, project execution experience in the power sector, proficiency in Microsoft Office and power sector design software, and a commitment to an inclusive, employee-owned culture.
Location options include Michigan cities, with full-time employment.
