The role involves mentoring team members, managing multiple projects, and contributing to technical papers or industry presentations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, a professional engineering license, proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and experience in power project execution. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and consulting firm experience.
