Acting as on-site leader, they coordinate with project teams, enforce safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments, and maintain accurate records.
Ideal candidates have 10-15 years of high-voltage lineman experience, certifications such as OSHA 10 & 30, NFPA70E, and a journeyman or master electrician license, along with supervisory experience. Strong communication skills, knowledge of electrical plans, and safety management are essential.
