Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team delivering protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
Provide strategic oversight for project resources, budgets, and client relationships
Guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution projects
Manage resources, performance, and development for a growing national substation group
Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, substation protection schematics, and control wiring diagrams
Partner with leadership on business development and recruiting initiatives
Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration across the team
