The job of "Bus Driver" is done for the purpose/s of transporting students over scheduled routes and/or special excursions; enforcing rules, regulations, and laws to maintain safety during transport; ensuring vehicle is in a safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.

Valid Class Driver's License and evidence of insurability, School Bus Driver's Certificate. Certification course will be offered through BVUSD.

As needed during the 180 day school year calendar. Successful applicants must obtain and/or provide the following before beginning employment: Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI Proof of Tuberculosis clearance Social Security Card for payroll purposes Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Employment with the Bear Valley Unified School District is not complete or official until applicants meet all pre-employment requirements, including Board of Trustee approval.
