QUALIFICATIONS: • Food Handler Certificate required (or obtain within 60 days of hire) • Knowledge of methods of preparing and serving large quantities of food • Ability to communicate in English • Ability to read food labels, preparation procedures, & safety guidelines in English • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience desirable • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. • Understanding of H.A.C.C.P. procedures and food safety • Able to multitask at fast pace environment
