Job Summary

The job of Child Nutrition Services Worker I was established for the purpose/s of preparing food, cooking, baking, distribution and service to customers in a professional and courteous manner; verifying quantities of stock items and food served; collecting funds for food served as needed; maintaining facilities in a safe and sanitary condition; reporting information to maintain required records accurately. This job participates in the food service operation at an assigned school site kitchen facility and reports to the Director of Child Nutrition Services.
