REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with building cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have the ability to understand and follow simple written and oral directions. Work can include but not limited to the following: · sweep and mop floors · wash windows, blackboards, and lavatory fixtures · dust woodwork, furniture, and other articles · replenishes lavatory supplies · strip and wax floors · vacuum carpets · replaces light bulbs · shovel snow · sets temperature controls (thermostats) as assigned It is our expectation that you be on call and available to sub 75% of the time when we reach out to you with an assignment.
