EMPLOYMENT TERM: 2026-2027 School Year

LOCATION: To be determined by location/shift - Work Schedule based on need

QUALIFICATIONS: Employees who already hold a Custodian classification will be accepted as duly qualified. Applicants shall successfully pass the classification test and receive satisfactory evaluations.

SALARY: Pay Grade C

Salary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.

CLASS TITLE DEFINITION (Based on §18A-4-8):

  1. Keep buildings clean and free of refuse.

  2. Operate the heating and cooling systems.

  3. Make minor repairs.

  4. Perform duties in a support capacity including, but not limited to, facilitating in the instruction and direct or indirect supervision of pupils under the direction of a principal, a teacher, or another designated professional educator.
