Substitute Food Service Technician

SALARY: $17 PER HOUR

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or GED certificate is desirable; should have sufficent ability to follow written instructions, interpret recipes and necessary printed matter

2. A minimum of at least one (1) year in food service is desirable

3. Must be able to cashier using a computer using basic math procedures

4. Must be able to distinguish between chemical materials and food ingredients with the ability to read and understand label information

5. Must have knowledge of and/or the ability to learn hazard and safety precautions
