Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lesson plans as provided by the regular teacher and adjust them as necessary to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support students in their academic and social development, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed to foster collaboration.
• Monitor and assess student progress, reporting any concerns to the regular teacher or administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a teaching role, ideally 1-3 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or training in education.
