Qualifying Characteristics:
- Maintains Christian values, a bold believer, and enthusiastic

- Communicates and engages with staff, families, and guests in a Christ-like manner
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a receptionist or in a school environment is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet all visitors and process their licenses through the Hall Pass system to ensure the safety of our students and staff
- Document and review the attendance of students who are tardy, and check out students leaving the school with their guardians
- Sign off on incoming packages and ensure they are distributed to the appropriate recipient
- Assist the school nurse in the event she cannot be in the school
- Assist and/or monitor students in the office if the principal is not available
This is an as-needed position ($15.00/hour).
