If you have not completed the Sub-Clearinghouse Live Scan through VCOE, you can schedule an appointment through their website, https://www.applicantservices.com/ca-social-distancing-contracts/Login?SectionRequested=TransactionPurchase%2F%3Fcbid%3DCAAPP_A1245_CREDENTIALEDSCHOOLEMP_VCOOE. If you do not have a copy of your Sub-Clearinghouse Live Scan receipt please attach a Word document with the date you completed the Sub-Clearinghouse Live Scan and our office will verify your clearance. PLEASE NOTE, THE CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE FROM CTC DOES NOT SATISFY THE SUB-CLEARINGHOUSE LIVE SCAN REQUIREMENT* With the passage of SB 153, the Basic Skills Requirement is no longer required effective 7/1/24. This allows for a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education to serve as a demonstration of basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
