What You''ll Do

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Help students remain engaged and on task during lessons and independent work.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, field trips, or other school functions as assigned.
• Encourage positive behavior and model respectful interactions.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff while maintaining student confidentiality.
