Substitute Teacher / Elementary School Classes Grade 1 - Long-Term Sub Certificate: Elementary,Grades 1-6 (305)

Job Description:

Provide instruction and classroom support for K-2 students from the start of SY 26-27 to January 2027 (with the possibility of the end of the school year), ensuring continuity of learning, positive classroom management, and a smooth transition in the absence of the regular teacher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Connecticut teaching certification in Elementary, PK-6 (305) preferred
• Experience working with lower-elementary students preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to implement existing lesson plans and maintain a supportive learning environment
