Our Lady of Mercy Preparatory School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for Grade 5 from August 31 through December 1. This position offers the opportunity to join a supportive faith-centered school community committed to academic excellence, character formation, and service.

Position Overview
Full responsibility for a Grade 5 homeroom during the assignment period.
Implementation of established curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports both academic and social-emotional growth.
Collaborate with faculty, administration, and support staff.
Communicate regularly with families as needed.
Qualifications
Teaching experience at the elementary or middle school level preferred.
Bachelors degree required and teaching certification required.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of OLM Prep.
