Description: Long Term Substitute - District

Location: District

Minimum Requirement for Long- Term Substitute Authorization:

  • BA/BS
  • At least 12 credits in the content/area to be taught (If individual classroom assignment extends beyond 60 days)

Preferred Certification:

  • Applicable CT Educator Certifications

Salary: $140 per day for the first 60 days, then salary increased to Bachelors, Step 3 daily rate starting the 61st day. Entitled to benefits on 61st day as in accordance to the MFT Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Assignment Duration: 25/26 School Year. Specific classroom assignments shall be determined based on District need.

Start and end time: Based on Building Assignment
