Our district educates approximately 10,500 students representing 50 languages in preschool through eighth grades in 22 outstanding schools. Our family of schools includes:

• Three middle schools (Grades 6-8)
• Fifteen elementary schools (TKK-5)
• Three schools with all grades K-8
• One Early Education Center

We also have preschools co-located at our six elementary sites. We have various theme-based schools: Montessori, Immersion Spanish, Mandarin, and STEM.

Job Summary The San Mateo-Foster City School District is looking for day-to-day and permanent substitute teachers.

• Day-to-day rate: $200 per day
• Permanent rate: $250.00 per day
