Westminster School District is seeking a dedicated and flexible Long-term and day-to-day Substitute Teacher to support students across our schools. This position is an excellent opportunity for an educator with an Education Specialist Credential and Extensive Support Needs authorization to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in our classrooms. We are looking for someone who is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Education Specialist Credential and Extensive Support Needs authorization is required Day-to-Day Substitute Rate: $190 per day Long-Term Substitute Rate: $225 per day, retroactive to the 11th consecutive day of service

Requirements / Qualifications

Ed Specialist Credential, OCDE Finger Print Clearance, Current TB Test (within four years) and transcripts.

The following documents are required for this position: Only whose with Ed Specialist Credential will be considered. OCDE Clearing House: Fingerprinting for the OCDE Clearing House is a separate and mandatory requirement for local clearance to work in Orange County public schools. *Regardless of your CTC status, all prospective substitute teachers for public schools in Orange County must still be fingerprinted for the OCDE Clearing House. This is a separate and mandatory requirement for local clearance. Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Includes autism; deafblind; extensive support needs; intellectual disability; multiple disabilities; orthopedic impairment; other health impairment; emotional disturbance; traumatic brain injury, and authorizes service in grades K-12, transitional kindergarten, and in classes organized primarily for adults through age 22.
