Job Description:
Provide instructional coverage in the absence of the regular classroom teacher; implement pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, ensure a productive learning environment; and support students in their academic progress. Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and flexibility are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement lesson plans left by the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Provide instruction, support, and supervision to students.
- Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of various grade levels and subjects.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance as required.
- Uphold school policies and procedures.
Salary: $125 per day
