The Pittsville School District is a small, rural school district of approximately 570 students PK-12 located in the heart of Wisconsin. The Pittsville School District spans 14 municipalities over four counties and is 367 square miles. The schools are located about 17 miles south of Marshfield and 17 miles west of Wisconsin Rapids, allowing residents and students to take advantage of cultural and educational opportunities while enjoying the rural, small-town atmosphere. In 2021, a new state-of-the-art 24,000-square-foot Career and Technical Education Facility was constructed and adjoined to the Administrative building, which is also connected to the Elementary School. Pittsville is also home to the country''s only 9th - 12th-grade Cranberry Science Program!
Pittsville School District is seeking substitute teachers in the elementary and high school. Candidates must hold a valid substitute or teaching license.
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER PAY SCHEDULE:
Short-Term Per Diem Substitute (first 1-10 days) $110.00.
Short Term Per Diem Substitute (beginning 11th non-consecutive day-includes long-term sub who continues to sub after long-term sub position completed) $120.00. Long-Term Per Diem Substitute $150.00.
Licensed Teacher Substitute Per Diem (Short-Term and Long-Term) $190.00.
