Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CT Certified or in a planned program to attain certification
Salary:
$130/day, BA Degree
$135/day, (If teaching certification is held)
Period of Employment: 2026/2027 school year
Reports to: Building Principal
Date of closure: Accepting applications for the start of the 2026/2027 school year
Responsibilities:
- Classroom Instruction: Seamlessly step into classrooms across various grade levels and subject areas to implement lesson plans left by absent teachers.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment conducive to student growth.
- Reporting & Communication: Take accurate attendance, follow school safety protocols, and leave detailed feedback notes for returning classroom teachers.
