If you do not have a valid credential/permit, please submit a copy of your unofficial transcripts that indicate your BA/BS degree. RCSD referrals will be granted to selected applicants. The referral will expedite the processing time with the Placer County Office of Education s (PCOE) Substitute Consortium and the Commission of Teaching Credentialing (CTC).
