Substitute Teachers

The Waupun Area School District is seeking Substitute Teachers for all grade levels at all schools for the 2026-27 school year. We will continue on-going recruitment for substitutes throughout the year.

The Waupun Area School District is a 4K-12 school district serving a population of 1900 students in South Central Wisconsin. Located conveniently on Hwy 151, Waupun is only 45 minutes north of Madison and 20 minutes south of Fond du Lac. WASD is home to four schools, including a charter school in Fox Lake. The Waupun Area School District consists of Meadow View Primary School (grades 4K-1), Rock River Intermediate School (grades 2-6), the Junior/Senior High School (grades 7-12), and SAGES Charter School (Fox Lake, grades 4K-6).

A valid teaching or substitute teaching license and an associates degree or 48 post-secondary credits are required for qualified applicants.
