POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Application Developer SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Configure, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications.
- Design, test, and deploy application enhancements, fixes, and new releases.
- Provide advanced technical support and business consulting for Talent Acquisition applications.
- Partner with HR, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
- Lead incident management, issue prioritization, troubleshooting, and application support activities.
- Perform application configuration, quality assurance, and release management.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party recruiting technology providers.
- Continuously improve application performance, support processes, and user experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Application Developer SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding who enjoys solving complex business problems and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition module.
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
- Enterprise HRIS application configuration and support.
- Application testing, deployment, and release management.
- Stakeholder management and business consulting.
- Incident management and production support.
- Recruiting platforms such as SmartRecruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, HireRight, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of SuccessFactors/HRIS application development and support experience.
