Overview:
The Sugarloaf Sales Division is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic team—an ideal opportunity for entry-level professionals eager to launch their sales career. The position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and project management for the sales team while serving as the primary liaison to our revenue centers.
Responsibilities also include managing schedules, and the creation/distribution/communication of sales-related information. This role is the acting agent for all service aspects booked through the Conference, Meeting, and Association segments ensuring quality from start to finish.

This full-time, year-round role is benefit eligible and comes with great job perks, comprehensive training, and clear advancement opportunities. The starting hourly wage will be $17-19 (depending upon experience) plus gratuities.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and accurately update customer records within software programs (Salesforce)
- Create and prepare accurate catering banquet event orders (BEO) for clients, gaining valuable experience in event coordination while ensuring that the catering offer matches the contracted event(s)
- Communicates any additional upsell or changes that may impact the original contract to Sales Manager
- Fulfillment of service from the time the contract is signed to the day of delivery.
- Serve as a departmental liaison for a variety of sales-related topics, developing cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
- Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
- On site event assistance through the direction of the Sales Manager
- This job requires flexibility and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. for event-related needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Springer Miller Host PMS platform
- Familiarity with Amadeus or Salesforce-related platform
- Previous experience in sales or administrative positions
