Non‑graduate students are not eligible candidates for this position.The Suit‑A‑Bull Graduate Student Intern will contribute to the success of Suit‑A‑Bull, our on‑campus career closet, as a member of the Center for Career and Professional Development.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to students' professional growth and make a lasting impact on their career journeys. This role is key in assisting students with professional attire needs, empowering them to dress confidently for interviews, career fairs, and other professional events. This position provides a hands‑on experience in student services, event coordination, retail management, and fostering a positive impact on students' career readiness. This job description does not constitute an employment contract.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily operations of Suit‑A‑Bull, including managing walk‑in traffic, delivering high‑quality customer service, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.Provide individualized support to students seeking business or professional attire, offering guidance on appropriate clothing options based on their individual needs and career aspirations.Support outreach and marketing efforts to increase awareness of Suit‑A‑Bull among students and potential donors.Manage the process for handling new and used clothing donations, including collection, review, tracking, and inventory management.Maintain accurate records of student usage and program data following established procedures, and escalate student concerns or inventory discrepancies to leadership.Collaborate with staff to evaluate and enhance program effectiveness.Assist with additional tasks and activities within the Center for Career & Professional Development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
