Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Train with the maintenance planner and mechanics to become familiar with the basic plant operations for a cheese and whey plant. Support the improvement of maintenance workstream involving SAP maintenance enhancements Review equipment PM's and spare parts inventory Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. * Other maintenance and/or engineering duties or projects as assigned.
