Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
+ Develop an understanding of DFA’s business and milk marketing network : Complete rotations among various business units in the Northeast
+ Conduct analysis projects : Use tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to extract, collect, and modify internal and external data as assigned
+ Engage in daily operations : Support weekly and monthly reporting along with ongoing long-term projects.
+ Collaborate on research projects : Work with multiple departments to complete research projects and present evidence-based findings to management
+ Participate in industry events : Network with DFA staff and external stakeholders at cooperative and industry events
Requirements
Educational Requirements: Junior or Senior in Fall 2026
(ex. Soph., Junior)
Desired Degree Focus: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science or Dairy Science
