Summer 2026 Temporary Technician-Bonduel

KI is currently accepting applications for Summer Temporary Technicians in our Bonduel Manufacturing Facility.

We have openings in a variety of our manufacturing departments. Job duties may include:

• Wood Tops Assembly • Weld • Fabrication • Paint • Upholstery

Training will be provided for all manufacturing positions. Our schedule is based upon customer demands and overtime is likely and may be required. Starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour for working in our WeldFab department, Edging, and Forklift Driver, and a shift differential of $2.00 per hour for our 2nd shift and $3.00 per hour for our 3rd shift. An additional bonus of $0.50 for every hour worked is available for those who work 500 or more hours between the months of May 3rd - September 5th, 2026.

Returning Summer Technicians will receive an additional $0.50 per hour for every summer they have worked, with some restrictions applying.

Scheduling options available include:

1. 1st shift: Generally starts at 5 am with end times varying based on production schedule
2. 2nd shift: 2 pm - 12 am
3. 3rd shift: Monday from 10 pm - 6 am (Monday - Thursday) Flexible Scheduling available. Start and end times will fluctuate as overtime becomes necessary.

Successful applicants will be at least 16 years of age prior to starting. A successful completion of a drug screen will be required.
