You'll work side-by-side with industry pros, contribute to real projects, and support actual clients-no coffee runs or busywork here. You'll work alongside your team Monday-Thursday in our Rocky Hill or Southington, CT offices while collaborating with a group of interns to prepare for a summer capstone presentation. While we are currently determining our needs for specific positions within our teams, we anticipate openings in the following areas. Please note your area(s) of interest on your application.

Corporate Services (Southington) - Accounting, Human Resources, Technical Risk Management, Vendor Management, Security Infrastructure and Corporate Internal Audit focus on supporting COCC employees and internal infrastructure.Business Development (Southington) - This team generates new business for COCC, and interns have supported pricing, marketing and competitive research projects.Customer Service (Southington)- These teams are responsible for product direction, functionality and positioning to clients/prospects related to COCC's two core platforms; INSIGHT and iBanking. These roles learn into the technical aspects of our products and are analytical internships.Technology Operations (Rocky Hill) - The Windows teams support the tech needs of employees including desktop, virtual machine and systems support.Technical Services (Rocky Hill) - Focused on the tech needs of our clients, the Client Care, Cyber Defense, Professional IT Services, VMWare and WAN teams troubleshoot and consult on COCC's products.Software Development (Southington) - Comprised of analysts, developers, engineers and project managers, this team develops and supports COCC's products for our clients.

What you bring...

Must be a current or rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. All majors are considered for our program as interns are placed based on skills and experienceProfessional demeanor with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organizationSelf-starter with the ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a teamAcademic experience and a passion for working with technology applicationsCustomer service minded and motivated to do right by the client or teamEagerness to develop professional workplace skills through events, team building activities and trainingsCuriosity and a drive to make the most out of a learning opportunity

The salary range for these positions range $20 - $26 / hour. Local candidates are preferred as this internship is onsite
