Description

Your Impact:

• Provide leadership to associates.
• Make effective product flow decisions under the direction of the Manager.
• Positively impact levels of service and cost on the Distribution Center"s operation plans.
• Meet company budget and cost structure goals.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with associates, peers, and leadership in a variety of business functions.
• Use decisive problem-solving abilities to achieve results.
• Maintain a positive team environment.
• Appropriately handle associate relations issues.
• Ability to work on a process improvement project

This role will be a blend of leading a team and working on a project within a fulfillment center, supporting either retail fulfillment or digital/e-commerce.

Hours for this role will be day shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Minimum Salary: $23.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

• Reside in or willing to locate to the Columbus, Ohio area
• Working towards a degree in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management, expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028
• Displays excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
• Background in fulfillment center or warehouse operations
• Ability to analyze data and use metrics to support operational and process improvement decisions
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset
