Mars Petcare End to End Planning Internship Experience

As a Petcare End to End Planning Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Use Planning tools for analysis and planning of network inventory requirements that balance optimizing customer service and cost

• Plan & execute replenishment ofraws/packs into our factories and/or finished goods into our warehousing network

• Activelyparticipatein daily/weekly operating review meetings and flag risks/opportunities as appropriate

• Identifyand manage projects to drive continuous improvement,cost savings, and supply chain metric improvements such asCustomer Service Levels, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Production Schedule Adherence, Payload Utilization, Safety Stock Attainment,etc

Whatwe’relooking for:

• Supply Chain, Logistics,Engineeringor similar majors

• Experience with MS Office programs, notably Excel, Outlook, Word,Powerpoint

• Experience with SAPandPowerBI

• Experience with using AI modelsto drive process improvement

• Locations include internships in Franklin, Tennessee

• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.

• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.

• Eligible candidates willbe responsible forpersonal transportation to and from worksiteduringdurationof the internship program.
