JOB SUMMARY:

Summer Ag Workers to provide assistance to the Beef, Dairy, Poultry, Sheep. Crop, or Fruit farms. Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

50% - Essential - Assist units with facilities and grounds

20% - Essential - Assist with planting, harvesting, maintaining agronomic crops.

20% - Essential - Assist with handling, feeding, cleaning activities related to farm animals.

10% - Essential - Other as required.

Education - None

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Fundamental Job Knowledge - Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the departments budget.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Anticipated Hourly Range: $11.53 - $15.00

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidates previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemsons compensation guidelines.

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL

Normal Operations

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
