PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Assistant in this position shall be under the administrative direction of the Instructor of Summer Elm Soccer.
Primary responsibilities assist the Instructor with planning, organization, supervision and evaluation of the summer Soccer program.
The normal work period for this position is 7 weeks (8 weeks if a tournament is scheduled).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Punch membership card each time player attends.
- Give all registered players a basic understanding of the fundamentals of Soccer;
a. Fundamentals include:
i. Passing
ii. Receiving a Pass
iii. Shooting
iv. Dribbling
v. Goalkeeping
vi. Game Play
vii. Rules
- Instructions are given at several school sites.
- Keep up-to-date records on attendance
- Submit yearly report to Coordinator of Recreation
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparing Soccer schedule of the summer sessions.
