JOB TITLE: Cook (5 Hours)
ASSIGNMENT: Tenney Grammar School
QUALIFICATIONS:
Large batch cooking experience a plus. Must possess good computer skills and be able to accurately balance daily cash sales.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare all scheduled monthly menu selections with minimal assistance. Ensure all HACCP (health and safety) requirements are being followed on a daily basis. Prepare weekly food and supply orders. Assist in the verification of all product received into the unit. Uphold all parts of the collective bargaining contract. Manage employees and direct training of other staff members to ensure they follow all state nutrition guidelines set forth by the DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education). Responsible for completing and maintaining all production records on a daily basis. Ensure that all products served are always of the highest quality. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
SALARY: Per the CBA
