Summer Camp Lifeguards will be a part of the greater Concord Recreation's Lifeguard Team including all Guards from the Beede Center, Whites Pond, and Emerson Pool. Guards may be asked to assist at other facilities, but camp will take priority.
Additionally,as a member of the Summer Camp team, you may be asked to assist with program facilitation beyond the pool. This includes supervising activities, attending field trips, assisting with camper arrival and departure, and other duties as assigned by the Camp Director.
Pay range: $15.75-$20.00/hour; pay rate based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position, consisting of up to 37.5 hours per week.
